As one of the first boutique real estate brokerages in Atlanta, Witt & Associates, Inc. has been serving buyers and sellers since March of 2000. Our goal: to provide superior real estate services on a smaller and more personal scale. One key to our success is our committment to truly represent our clients whether buying or selling. Bottom line: we strive to keep our clients for life by helping make their dreams a reality. 
We do this by drawing on almost 15 years of experience working with one of the countries largest brokerages where our production was impressive and also our expenses. Over the years we amassed many awards and accolades. By opening our own brokerage, lowering overhead and taking fewer clients we were able to deliver better service and enjoy the same income and lifestyle. A win-win situation for everyone.

Since 1987 we have pioneered and promoted the buyer agency movement. Simply put, no one does it better! Moreover, having this level of expertise enables us to work primarily "by referral only". And the fact that our clients have been with us through multiple transactions, while referring their friends and co-workers, is a testament to the exceptional service Witt & Associates provides.
For instance, when it comes to listings, our first objective is to price it correctly. After all, no one is served by an overpriced home. Next, we properly stage the home to showcase its best assets. Marketing follows,and we employ the latest technology to get the most exposure to the most buyers.
