East Cobb is located north of Atlanta, just outside I-285 and East of I-75. Marietta is the largest city. There are several country club neighborhoods surrounding golf courses. East Cobb has always had good appreciation in part due to the great schools. Most neighborhoods built since the 1980’s have on-site swimming pools, tennis courts, and clubhouses.
