Vinings is steeped in history beginning with Hardy Pace who ran a ferry across the Chattahoochee River. Located between Buckhead and Smyrna, Vinings is across the river and inside I-285. The main road through Vinings is still called Paces Ferry Road. In the 1840’s Mr. Vinings built a bridge across the river for the railroad. In 1904 it became a community. Vinings has beautiful mansions on the river to condos and everything in between. Vinings Jublee is the central business district with shops and fine dining. It’s also home to the Home Depot Headquarters.
